I shot in Aperture priority to get an accurate DOF from the cup to David's face. My flash is off camera to the left about arms length - I am holding it - but turned down two stops. (don't want to overexpose his face) ISO 200 I only wanted the cool table and David lit and the arched windows to really be my background. I like the silhouette of the other customers. Lighting positioning and strength is the key to really making the shot say what you want it to say. Hope that helps.
what kind of settings did you use to get this picture..it looks neat with the people in the background darker, and your husband in the light
