What is it about coloured pencils that is so exciting. I love to see how one simple box of coloured pencils can spark the imagination of my grandgirl's and inspire them to create art. There simply cannot be enough of them in the house! ...along with a good sharpener and a decent sketchbook. 

 34/365 Orange Pepper

What a pretty vegetable and delicious too! Known to be very high in Vit C, bell peppers are also a good source of K1, Vit E, A, folate and potassium. Yesterday I put two of them in my cold pressed juice.

Spinach, celery, orange pepper, cucumber, apple, pear, lemon and ginger. 

And sooooo good!

 32/365 Blackberry

The small yet powerful blackberry. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre. They are lo in calories and carbs too. Wow! ...such a better alternative to chocolate covered almonds....and if chocolate covered almonds were in the house I would photograph them tomorrow...but there is a reason they are not in the house and the blackberries are!  😶

...now I am really craving chocolate covered almonds....
