233/365 Blue Crabs

They start out a pretty blue when they are still alive, but they are red when they come out of the pot.
Served up wth BBQed clams and fresh oysters from the Okatie and it makes for an evening feast, low country style.

    Now there is a plate of crabs! You don't see that at Red Lobster! Who is the lady serving them?

    That is my sister, our hostess - she and her husband cooked up a very southern supper for seven of us.
