Its has been a very busy day that started with waffles for the grands this morning, followed by a 5 km walk and then the urge to clean out the pantry and move living room furniture and deep clean in there! So this tasted exceptionally good tonight. And as a bonus, as I type, he is making supper - walleye, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Can you see this big smile on my face?
