We are having Mahi Mahi fish tonight so that really called for me turning that pineapple on the counter into a delicious sweet and spicy chutney to top the Mahi Mahi. And yes, the recipe called for 1/4 cup of golden rum and I found some at the very back of the cupboard...I have no idea how long it has been there but there was exactly 1/4 cup left in the bottle... :)
