Taking the elevator "2000 feet" down to the Discovery Mine so we could operate a rotor borer machine, change the tires and the batteries on the machine and do all sorts of geology stuff. Loving the Wonderhub with Grandpa. Check out our tool belts, vests and safety glasses.

241/365 One Handed Cartwheel
This was taken a few weeks back but I didn't pick up the camera today and this needs to be in the archive.

240/365 Celebrations
We have a couple of milestones coming up next month, so we decided to "invest" in some recreational additions to the basement to mark the occasions.
I am enjoying taking cool photos as much as I am enjoying learning how to use it. :)

239/365 Flower Crab Spider
At first I thought maybe we had found an albino spider but she is a flower crab spider and if she were on my yellow daisies instead of my roses, she would likely be yellow. Apparently they can change to yellow. Very tiny. She doesn't make a web, just sits and waits for bugs to come by and eats them, which is perfectly fine by me. She is welcome to stay.

238/365 Good Friends
About every 2-3 months we get together with very good friends for supper and a visit and the evening always starts with a White Lady martini.....made by David. We have been doing this for probably 6 years and I hope it continues for another twenty.
Here is tonights martini....almost gone.

235/365 Creative Play
The Dress-up Buckets and the canned music on the electric piano provided a couple hours of crazy but creative play for the girls. Even Isla got in on the act.

234/365 Mule Deer
Look what surprised us on our swale walk yesterday. I had my 100 mm macro on the camera since I was going for vegetation so not the best photo of this mule deer.
