Tonight I had an urge to break out the macro and head into the garden.
My Hosta is blooming and beautiful and with no effort on my part - trust me - no effort at all.
The weeds, ants and spider webs abound out there. Perhaps this weekend we can tame the jungle.

But until then I will take beautiful photos and make you think I have a glorious garden.

In the garden, needs picking but haven't time.

I was up to take my husband to the airport at 4:30 am this morning, a day of work with SHR and then three hrs this evening with this going concern. She doesn't stop...ever.
But she is happy as can be. And I love her to pieces.

So blessed to have Mark home to celebrate his birthday. Missing Harold in this photo - he is at work. Missing Paul's family - because they do not allow internet photos. But most of the gang is here to celebrate.

Had to run downtown to the mall this am. 
Snapped this with my P&S. It was one shot photo as we crossed the busy street. The two guys on the left are really belting out the tunes. The guy  on the scooter seemed oblivious.
Then there is that very large lady in the window left. :0

This little one was full of spunk! She stood still for one click then was off and running. But when she was still she was perfectly happy in front of the camera... unlike her little sweet 2 yr old sister. :)
