Also known as Flan. This is a traditional Mexican flan with fresh cream and caramelized goat milk.  I had this dessert three times while in Mexico and it was heavenly.

I am very pleased with this capture. Imagine a hummingbird actually looking at you.

Good spy novel, cup of beer, feet in a warm pool, hot sun - yup, on vacation. Says he is finally feeling like he is winding down. We are home in two more sleeps. I guess a week is not enough.

62/365 Loreto, Mexico

We enjoyed several hours walking the streets of this old Mexican town. Loreto was the first Spanish settlement on the Baja California Peninsula and was the capitol of Las Californias from 1697 to 1777. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Orlando's.
