321 of 365 Ms. Eva

Ms Eva visited my office today.
She finished off some dated notes for clients files, booked a few appointments and dealt with a few family's calling with questions. She did quite well and I have invited her back to help at any time.
My co-workers found her very congenial too and, well just kept saying "oh she is so adorable" to which Eva smiled on cue.
I think Eva is destined to great things.

 Between our giggles and laughs David and I could not pick a photo of the day so David said post two.
So I am.

She does take her job very seriously. Here she is, just like Grandma, multitasking - writing in patient files, answering the phone and speaking to co-workers at the door, 

I do love my grand daughters. :) Their photos are ALL OVER my office!

320 of 365 Water

Water. I use it to boil my potatoes, make my tea, soak egg off my plates and flush my toilet. I drink clean pure water every day to satisfy the 70% of my body that is water.  I don't really think about it. I just use it ~ whenever I want.
The flash and the shutter catch the droplets from a pouring tap in the kitchen. There are crystals; beautiful precious crystals. And I think about beautiful, precious water.
It covers about 70 percent of the Earth yet only 3 percent of the world's water supply is freshwater, and 77 percent of that is frozen. 
It's just water but isn't is wonderful?

Met my sweetheart at Earls for lunch today.
We ordered a hamburger to share since we are really trying to keep the waist line in check.

This is what came.

We ate the whole thing!
Glad we ordered salad as a side. :)

   I DO have more teeth then you!   SEE?

Actually Eva is trying to kiss Tenley. I find it so lovely that babes are so very comfortable with each other. Eva will rarely offer her grandparents a kiss but freely shares them with her friend.

I am not sure Tenley knows a kiss is coming. :)

316 of 365 Winter

It snowed again today.
Shoveled the driveway (with a lot of help from my sweetheart).
Ran two errands - paid house and car insurance - ouch!
Made two slideshows for my last two clients. YEAH!!
Did 6 loads of laundry - yes six. But it is done!

Got to love a day off. :)

315 of 365 Dean

This is Dean and he is a busker outside the downtown mall. He is off work on disability for an illness but he says this is better then hanging around his house all day feeling sorry for himself. He was actually pretty good. If you see him, have a listen and then give him a little encouragement and some spending money.

Did you know that today is 11/11/11?
Remembering our troops serving overseas now.
Thankful for those who have served.
Saddened that so many have lost their lives in war.
Thankful for the incredible freedoms we have in our country.
Reminded of the ultimate freedom found in Christ Jesus.

My first corporate shoot tonight - although I have done non profits.
It was fun and a great peek into a fabulous company. LOTS of employee appreciation.
I was limited in what I can post without permission but this is Greg Charyna , the fearless leader of all the wonderful folk who work for Home Instead here in Saskatoon.
