It was a beautiful day for this wonderful couple. The fall leaves at the Honeywood Nursery provided the perfect back drop. The day was perfect in every way from start to finish.

She is reminding me to slow down and smell the roses before the winter of my life arrives.
Why is it such a struggle to balance productivity (read busyness) and simply enjoying the blessings He continues to pour out on me.
I tell myself "When the ________weekend comes the calendar will be clear and I will do nothing but nothing that day"
Somehow the  calendar is full when that weekend arrives.
And then my grand daughter turns five and I wonder how that happened.
But I am enjoying our long conversations now. Grandma's little sweetheart. I need to book her into the calendar more often.

He gets in the pool and catches them when they jump off the edges wildly and repeatedly.  I always appreciate it when my job is to take photos and stay dry so I can help them out of the pool and dry them off after. I figure I get the easy job. :)
